With no upfront costs, Clients only pay our recruitment fee should we successfully place a Candidate into the role.

Labour Hire – Locum Contracts
As ProCare Australia holds a Queensland Labour Hire License, our team can assist you with locum staff, often at short notice.
We can assist with practical support staff, extensive support staff, intensive support staff and senior / specialist staff.
With a simple hourly rate fee structure, ProCare Australia invoice our Clients on a weekly basis, and we remain responsible for staff payroll.
ProCare Australia covers all statutory staffing liabilities including casual loading, superannuation and WorkCover. We carry Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Should a Client wish to offer a ProCare Australia Candidate direct employment following a Locum Contract, depending on the length of the Locum Contract, a discounted placement fee may be available.

Our Rostering Team are experienced in casual staffing solutions, including emergency requests, such as urgent shift backfill for staff absences.
ProCare Australia have a proven track record of providing quality Residential Out of Home Care Youth Workers, Emergency Accommodation Youth Workers, and Supervised Contact and Transportation Youth Workers at short notice.
We can also assist with Mental Health Support Workers, Disability Support Workers and more. We can assist with practical support staff, extensive support staff, intensive support staff and senior / specialist staff.
