Angela Anthonisz
National Manager
Angela joined ProCare Australia in 2016, following an extensive career as a qualified Social Worker within the child protection and out of home care sector. Angela has held roles including Case Management, Program Management and independent consultancy for government and non-government agencies. Angela’s passion for the Community Services sector provided Angela with the ability to step into a recruitment role with ProCare Australia and deliver a high standard of service through her developed ability to assess suitability of Candidates for Clients. In 2020, Angela was promoted to the role of National Manager. Angela leads the team, sharing her knowledge in a strategic and inclusive management style.
BELLA SMEED
Administration Coordinator
Bella goes to work every day feeling happy and positive. Each day brings a new challenge and working at ProCare Australia is never boring! Bella is proud to work for a company whose values align with her own and enjoys being part of the ProCare family. Bella is a huge believer in Team Spirit and feels supported every day by the ProCare team, who continuously inspire one another to flourish. Bella is passionate about the community services sector and takes great pride in working for ProCare Australia, knowing that her day-to-day work has a positive impact on the community. Working within the community services space is interesting and multifaceted, from sourcing talented professionals to delivering a high standard of service to clients, organisations and stakeholders. Bella identifies ProCare Australia as a family of passionate and admirable team players and predicts a long future of both professional and personal growth within ProCare Australia’s nurturing and encouraging team.
SANDIE ELATM
Recruitment and Relationship Manager
Sandie joined the ProCare Australia team in 2017, as she was seeking a role that aligned with her personal values. As a survivor of childhood abuse, Sandie is truly passionate about the meaningful, positive impact the Community Services sector has on vulnerable families and our communities. Sandie is a professional recruiter - with a personal touch - and comes with twenty years’ experience across recruitment, business development, account management, customer service and team management. Sandie loves connecting with people, and building relationships comes naturally to her. As an effective communicator and problem solver, she uses these strengths when mentoring the team at ProCare, and in providing service delivery and account management to our valued clients.
Ange Barragan
Finance Manager
Ange joined the ProCare Australia team in 2023 as a Finance Manager. She has a background in Accounting as well as Art, and brings her financial knowledge, attention to detail, passion for expression and progressiveness to the table. As an immigrant QTIPOC, Ange continuously advocates for diversity and inclusiveness in the community. Ange is passionate about social justice, self-care, and community care as massive change makers. And it was wanting to share a workspace with people who also care about social impact what drew Ange to work at ProCare.
Vicki Stone
Senior Rostering Consultant
Vicki joined ProCare Australia as a Senior Rostering Consultant because she is passionate about the community services sector and believes ProCare Australia provide a great service and make a genuine difference to those in need. Vicki was drawn to ProCare Australia’s values and commitment to sourcing the right staff for their clients, and feels that ProCare’s values reflect those of her own. Vicki enjoys the satisfaction of providing exceptional service and ensuring that clients are provided an excellent experience. Vicki is committed to assisting clients to find the right fit for their organisaiton and enjoys providing a high level of personalised care.
Christine Burridge
Rostering Consultant
Christine joined ProCare Australia in 2022 as a Rostering Consultant as she felt the role was a great fit for her. Christine has worked within the Disability Sector in various roles over the past 10 years, and holds a huge passion for helping people. Christine loves working in a fast-paced environment and working within a role that keeps her on her toes with no two days being the same. Christine was initially drawn to ProCare Australia’s values and the friendly team made her instantly feel welcome. Christine has a positive can-do attitude and is excited to put her problem solving skills to the test whilst working as a Rostering Consultant for ProCare Australia.
Sarah Willett

Sarah joined the ProCare Australia team in 2023 as a Recruitment Consultant. With a life-long passion for the Community Services Industry, Sarah enjoys recruiting specifically for the sector so she can channel her passion and talent for connecting people with their perfect role. Within her career as a recruitment consultant, Sarah has experienced first-hand, the importance of finding the right fit for organisations and candidates. Sarah thrives from matching candidates to their dream job and prioritises building lasting relationships with her candidates and listening to their preferences and experience, so she can best assist them in the recruitment process.
Lauren Hannemann
Recruitment Consultant
Lauren joined the ProCare Australia team in 2023 as a Recruitment Consultant. Lauren chose a career within recruitment as she is people-oriented and enjoys building relationships with her candidates and clients. Lauren takes the time to understand the needs of her candidates to ensure she can match them with their ideal opportunities and perfect role. Lauren thrives from helping her candidates achieve their professional goals. Whilst Lauren finds recruitment an extremely rewarding career, she especially enjoys recruitment within the community services sector as she is passionate about placing quality candidates within community service roles, knowing they will positively impact the lives of many.
