We specialise in providing staffing solutions across the Community Srvices sector –  including child protection, domestic and family violence, housing and homelessness, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, humanitarian support, and disability services. Our team comprises professionals with diverse expertise, united by a shared goal – to deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Angela Anthonisz
National Manager
Angela joined ProCare Australia in 2016, bringing with her a wealth of experience as a qualified Social Worker in the child protection and out-of-home care sector. Throughout her career, she has held a range of roles including Case Manager, Program Manager, and Independent Consultant across both government and non-government agencies. Driven by a deep passion for the Community Services sector, Angela transitioned into recruitment with a natural ability to assess candidate suitability and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Her sector knowledge and commitment to quality service quickly distinguished her, leading to her promotion as National Manager in 2020. In her leadership role, Angela takes a strategic and inclusive approach, guiding the ProCare team with insight, experience, and a strong dedication to supporting vulnerable children, young people, and families across Australia.

With a strong foundation in marketing, administration, and merchandising, Bella has been an integral part of the ProCare Australia team for over five years. Since joining ProCare Australia in 2017, Sandie has been an integral member of our team, driven by a deep commitment to aligning her professional work with her personal values. A survivor of childhood abuse, she is profoundly passionate about the transformative impact the Community Services sector has on vulnerable families and communities. With two decades of experience spanning recruitment, business development, account management, customer service, and leadership, Sandie brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her approach to recruitment is both professional and personal, ensuring that every connection is meaningful. Sandie excels in building authentic relationships, leveraging her strong communication and problem-solving skills to mentor her team and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
