Recruit Now, Pay Later is available on Permanent Recruitment, Fixed Term Contract Recruitment and Transfer of Contracts (transferring our Labour Hire Staff to become your direct employee).

We also offer a three-month replacement guarantee on all permanent roles, and discounts for fixed term contracts that are less than 12 months. 

We fill the majority of the roles we recruit for through Candidate Outreach (headhunting), so we can bring Candidates into recruitment process that are not actively applying for jobs.

ProCare hold a Labour Hire License in QLD, and can provide locum and casual staffing solutions (including emergency requests, such as urgent shift backfill for staff absences).

With a simple hourly rate fee structure, ProCare Australia invoice our Clients on a weekly basis, and we remain responsible for staff payroll.

ProCare Australia covers all statutory staffing liabilities including casual loading, superannuation and WorkCover. We carry Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Our casual staff are work ready as probity and compliance checks are completed when they onboard with us.
