ProCare Australia were established in South-East Queensland in 2003 as the first boutique Recruitment and Labour Hire Agency committed to providing staffing support to the Community Services sector.
Our mission is to support the sector with permanent, fixed-term contract, locum and casual staffing solutions (including emergency requests such as urgent shift backfill for staff absences). We match suitable candidates to employment opportunities – Connecting People – and building relationships.
We provide Recruitment solutions nationally, and Labour Hire throughout Queensland, with our major focus being our local communities across South-East Queensland.

Our educator standards:
- Minimum Completed Certificate III Early Childhood Education
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children)
- National Police Check
- Reference-checked with verified experience in early childhood settings
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
