The Role

eNurse is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Manager to lead daily operational functions of the business. 

This key role is responsible for ensuring efficiencies within all aspects of the business, optimising performance across each department. 

Requirements of the eCommerce Operations Manager 

• Lead a team of warehouse, customer service, marketing and finance staff
• Support employees to be experts within their identified roles 
• Develop and implementing company efficiencies to increase sales opportunities and outcomes
• Maximise the e-commerce platforms and integrated IT stack including website enhancements, with the support of marketing.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of warehousing, inventory management, and logistics
• Develop and monitor team member KPI’s to track performance and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders 
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practice standard
• Manage a high volume, fast paced workload, meeting established deadlines 
• Maintain up to date records and deliver reports to board members as required

About You

• Enthusiastic, solutions focused self-starter
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Developed IT skills, with the ability to problem solve and manage technical systems
• Proven experience in Operations Management role, preferably within an eCommerce environment
• Proficiency with eCommerce platforms and a solid understanding of online retail operations
• In-depth knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and inventory management
• A strategic mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continual business improvement
• Developed attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualifications/Probity

• Australian Driver’s License (preferred)
• National Police Check
• Qualification in Business, IT and or similar is desirable

Salary and Benefits

• $100,000 to $110,000 pa + super + Bonus
• Birthday Holiday
• Onsite Parking
