Overview:
- Category 2 – $48.03 + 11.5% Super
- URGENT start | 4 week contract with potential for extension and / or direct employment following a successful locum
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (some flexibility around commencement and finish times; 30min either side)
- Toowong location – in office role, no work from home.
- Parking on site
Mandatory Requirements:
- Blue Card
- Experience with real estate/property management is preferred
- Must have a friendly, professional, engaging approach to the role
- Must be able to work as part of a team to ensure the property maintenance is carried out thoroughly
- Must be able to problem solve
Summary:
- The ideal candidate will be non- judgemental as the role is client facing at reception and has much engagement with the people accessing the service.
- Reception duties including answering telephone and intercom calls, taking messages and providing support to staff and clients
- Maintain accurate and current client records including occupancy, rent arrears & finances
- Coordinate maintenance requirements for residential accommodation including liaising with contractors as required
- Conduct entry and exit inspections, organise contractors and complete condition reports for all rooms
- Prepare onsite accommodation for new residents; complete inventory checklists and provide Welcome Packs
- Maintain confidentiality, including but not limited to information relating to residents, clients and employees of Anglicare and do not disclose information during or after employment
