✨ What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care and education
• Foster safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
• Work collaboratively with early learning teams to support every child’s growth, confidence, and wellbeing
• Choose shifts that suit your lifestyle and availability

💰 Pay Rates & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rates starting at $35.15 (Cert III + 1 Year Experience)
• 12% Superannuation
• Weekly pay, shift flexibility, and a supportive team

✅ What You’ll Need

• Completed qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in an early childhood setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework), NQF (National Quality Framework), and principles of child protection and safeguarding

✨ Bonus Certifications (Highly Desirable)

• First Aid & CPR Certification (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
• Child Protection Training
• Fire Safety Training
• Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certification
